Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused cookware in its original packaging, ensuring all lids and accessories are securely included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
