What makes GreenPan ceramic coating different from traditional non-stick?
Our Thermolon™ ceramic non-stick coating is manufactured without the use of PFAS, PFOA, lead, or cadmium. Unlike traditional coatings, it won't release toxic fumes even if accidentally overheated.
Are GreenPan products dishwasher safe?
While many of our collections are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and soapy water to maximize the lifespan of the ceramic non-stick properties.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days via UPS or FedEx.
Can I use metal utensils with my GreenPan cookware?
To maintain the integrity of the ceramic surface, we recommend using silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils. Metal utensils can cause scratches that may diminish the non-stick performance over time.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Is GreenPan cookware compatible with induction stovetops?
Selected collections feature our Magneto™ induction technology, which provides excellent base stability and induction efficiency. Please check the product specifications for individual set compatibility.
